Basement:

• main water shutoff (utility room) to right of furnace - blue level valve

• Hose bibb water shut off - red valve above shelving to right at high level - nozzles are on tool shelf above main shut off

• umbrella canopy in storage room

• Feel free to keep your bikes in utility room and to use ours if you like - Kryptonite locks are on wall 

• Laundry - detergents etc. located above laundryun

• Internet - router and modem located near rear basement door (networks are AlexInJapan & BourquePotter - if service cuts out, Virgin.Bell is provider - note BourquePotter is Google Mesh with extenders on levels 1 and 2 - password sent separately 

• Fireplace - thermostat on wall to left of white storage units

• Garbage day - Tuesday morning (TOWaste app)

• Basement TV - we just use Apple remote - (HDMI 1 input on Samsung)

• Spare key outside back door

Ground Floor:

• Lockbox on front porch on interior face of brick pier - combo sent separately

• Kitchen -

  • oven is non-electronic 

  • dishwasher likes to wash 'clean' dishes ;(

  • help yourselves!

  • thermostat in dining room 

  • switch to left of gas fireplace

  • sliding doors - move handle gently up to lock position

Second Floor 

• Any bedroom is fine - front may be most comfortable 

• Bathroom shower has no door so we use small towel while showering

• Change of bedlinens in small closet at bottom of stairs to 3rd floor

 

Third Floor

• Use this room if you like (King)

• Tub in bathroom all yours

• Heat pump works well - remote on window sill
